Though our professional management structure all our interim assignments are fully supported throughout the life of an assignment by a dedicated client manager. We ensure that our clients always have access single point of contact with expert knowledge, experience and support. We pride ourselves on our ability to build lasting relationships with our clients.
Candidate short listing
At the heart of our business is our unique interim manager resource bank of over 1,000 experienced interim managers.
Our search technology allows us to quickly and efficiently shortlist the very best professional interim management candidates that are suitably over qualified and experienced in meeting the exacting requirements of an assignment.
All prospective interim management candidates are interviewed, ranked and fully validated by us. Our preference is to present our clients with a final shortlist of two candidates, each with a demonstrable interim management track record that demonstrates their expertise and project delivery.
From receipt of an assignment brief we provide our clients a candidate shortlist within ten working days.
