We recommend that your initial company structure be kept as simple as possible with one Director and a Company Secretary. You can always add to the company structure later once your business has been established.

 

Again we would recommend that the initial share structure be kept as simple with a nominal issue of 1000 shares of which ten are issued to the Company Director. In the submission form you are of course free to nominate the share issue as you require.
