Join us as an Associate
At Beacon Interim our business is simple, we provide our clients with rapid bespoke business solutions using highly skilled professional Interim Management Executives.
Established in 2006, we have developed a resource bank of over 1,200 seasoned interim professionals across the private, public and healthcare sectors.
We are now looking to expand our business with a wider team of specialist Associates throughout the UK.
We are not necessarily looking for HR or recruiter expertise, your management experience may be from any sector eg, manufacturing, retail, local government or NHS.
As an Associate you will be expected to;
- Utilise your professional network to generate potential interim assignments
- Establish an assignment brief including key deliverables
- Shortlist Interim Manager candidates from a long list provided by us.
- Provide support for the Client and Interim throughout a contract.
To become an Associate you will have;
- Specific sector knowledge and expertise
- Demonstrable network of contacts
- Excellent communication and people skills
- More than ten years management experience
As an Associate you will operate as an independent either as your own limited company or as a sole trader, giving you both freedom and independence.
For highly experienced individuals who are looking for a new career but have yet to tale the leap as self employed the transition can be quite daunting. At Beacon we will to guide you through the whole process including;
- In depth training on the Interim Management sector
- One to one support to get you started
- Setting up as your own limited company or sole trader
Rewards are significant under our profit share contracts with OTE of circa £50k with no upper earnings limit.
